30-day Money-back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to return it. We will accept products damaged or undamaged, provided they meet one of our requirements.
Return Policy
The product must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as at the time of purchase
- in the original packaging with all necessary parts
that were used
Return Shipping Costs
- Returns: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- If the product is damaged or does not work properly, Kavore will cover the shipping costs after the customer service reviews the claim.
Product Exchanges
We do not allow product exchanges. If you want to buy another product, you must place a new order and return the one you already purchased according to our return policy.
How to Make a Return
- To request a return and get instructions, call our customer service department.
- Follow the instructions for packing the product.
- Send the package by regular mail. We do not include return labels.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
When and How to Get Your Money Back
We will check the item you sent back and inform you whether we accept or reject your return.
- The refund will be sent by the same method you used to pay, within 20 days if approved.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
