Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Period

Customers have the right to change their mind about their order within three hours. You can cancel the reservation up to 90 minutes before the scheduled appointment, but no later than 3 hours in advance. After this time, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please contact our support team via email at support@kavore.com.
To cancel an order, a cancellation statement must be sent by this deadline. Please provide the reason for cancellation and the order number.

After the Cancellation Period

If you request a cancellation after this deadline, the order will be processed as planned. Customers can then follow our Return and Refund Policy to return their products.

Response Time

We usually process cancellation requests within two hours of receiving them during standard business hours.
