Orders and Shipping
When will my order be processed?
- We prepare orders for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+1) are usually processed the same day.
How long is the delivery?
- Standard delivery within Poland, to the USA, the UK, and Italy takes 3–7 business days from the moment of shipment.
Is delivery free?
- Yes, at Kavore shipping within Poland, to the USA, the UK, and Italy is free regardless of the order value.
Will I receive a tracking number?
- Yes, after shipping the package we will send you an email with the tracking number. There is also a tab on the store website to check the order status.
Returns and Refunds
How can I return a product?
- Just contact us by email, and our team will provide instructions on how to prepare the package and the return address. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order.
Can I return a product if I simply changed my mind?
- Yes, we accept returns also in case of order cancellation. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
How quickly will I receive a refund?
- We check the condition of the product upon receipt. After approving the return, funds will be released to the original payment method within 20 days, depending on the bank.
Can I exchange a product?
- We do not offer exchanges. However, you can place a new order and return the previous product according to our return policy.
Payments and Settlements
What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express card payments, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and BLIK, processed through a secure payment gateway.
When are the funds charged for the order?
- Payment is charged at the moment the order is confirmed in the store.
What to do if the payment failed?
- Please try again or contact your bank. If the payment fails multiple times, your order may be canceled.
Products and Information
Do the products have a warranty?
- Each product meets the quality standards required by our store. If it arrives damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and help resolve the issue.
Do the products look exactly like in the photos?
- We ensure that photos and descriptions accurately reflect the appearance and features of the products. If you have questions, contact us before purchasing.
